MEDOWA GLOBAL VENTURES Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated and enthusiastic MBA graduates to join our team as Sales & Marketing Interns. This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in building a career in sales, marketing, business development, and digital marketing.

The intern will be involved in field-based sales and marketing activities, interacting with potential clients, understanding their business requirements, and introducing our digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field visits to identify and approach potential clients.
- Generate leads through direct field marketing and business networking.
- Introduce and promote digital marketing services to businesses.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Follow up with leads through calls, messages, emails, and meetings.
- Assist in converting qualified leads into clients.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team to understand and communicate service offerings effectively.
- Support the planning and execution of sales and marketing campaigns.
- Achieve assigned lead-generation and sales targets.
- Provide regular updates and basic reports on field activities and lead progress.

Requirements

- MBA graduates, preferably in Marketing, Sales,



or Business Management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid interest in sales, marketing, and business development.
- Willingness to travel for field visits and client meetings.
- Ability to communicate confidently with business owners and decision-makers.
- Good negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing is an advantage.
- Freshers and recent MBA graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from Kerala are preferred.
