Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with clients, developers, designers, and internal teams.
- Track project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
- Follow up with team members for pending tasks and updates.
- Maintain project trackers, meeting notes, and documentation.
- Schedule project meetings and prepare agendas when required.
- Share regular project updates with management and clients.
- Identify delays, dependencies, and blockers and escalate them on time.
- Make sure requirements and changes are properly communicated to the respective teams.
- Coordinate testing, feedback, revisions, and final delivery.
- Maintain proper records of project discussions, approvals, and deliverables.
- Support the Project Manager in day-to-day project operations.
- Handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, operations, or a similar role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good understanding of software/IT project workflows.
- Comfortable working with deadlines and multiple tasks.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets, Docs, and project management tools.
- Strong documentation and organisational skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Proactive attitude with good problem-solving skills.

Positive to Have

- Experience working with software development teams.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Notion, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of Agile / Scrum methodology.
- Experience handling client communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹374,206.62 - ₹1,601,405.76 per year
