Operations Intern – MICE

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Operations Intern – MICE to support our team in planning and executing corporate events, group travel, meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in coordinating MICE events and group travel requirements.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, DMCs, and other vendors.
- Support bookings, confirmations, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in preparing itineraries, proposals, presentations, and operational documents.
- Maintain booking details, vendor information, and operational trackers.
- Follow up with vendors and internal teams for timely execution.




- Support pre-event and on-ground coordination when required.
- Assist in resolving operational issues and ensuring smooth execution.

Requirements:

- Graduate or currently pursuing graduation in any discipline.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Interest or basic understanding of MICE, events, or travel will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
