Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review, and vet contracts, including talent contracts, vendor agreements, and NDAs.
- Look into script discussions and review scripts for legal risk, clearance, and IP-related concerns before production.
- Support IP-related discussions, including copyright and trademark matters relevant to the company's content and brand.
- Assist with filing and applying for trademarks as required.
- Draft talent agreements and related contract documentation, based on inputs from our celebrity manager and talent manager.
- Take guidance and support from our senior legal advisors on complex matters, escalating where necessary.
- Maintain a repository of contracts, licenses, and legal documentation for easy reference and audit readiness.
- Support leadership with basic legal inputs on business decisions, partnerships, and content deals.

Requirements

- Law degree (LLB)



with 2-4 years of relevant experience in a corporate/in-house legal role.
- Working knowledge of contract drafting, especially talent/vendor agreements.
- Basic understanding of Intellectual Property law -copyright, trademark, and licensing.
- Willingness to learn and work under the guidance of senior legal advisors.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing matters and coordinate across teams.

Preferred

- Some interest in or knowledge of pro wrestling and its content ecosystem.
- Prior exposure to content/production houses, sports, entertainment, or media companies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
