Seeking a Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in SAP Solution Manager ALM and expertise in Prompt Engineering AIGenerative AI and Machine Learning Algorithms to drive cutting-edge ALM process implementations and transformations

Job Description

Lead the design and implementation of Application Lifecycle Management ALM processes within the SAP Solution Manager environment leveraging SAP Joule for Consultants J4C and SAP IPTools Utilize expertise in Prompt Engineering and AIGenerative AI technologies to enhance ALM capabilities and automate processes Apply Machine Learning Algorithms to optimize IT service management and solution monitoring Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate SAP Solution Manager with other ITSM and ALM platforms including SOLMAN ALM tools Develop and maintain standards for software lifecycle management including process documentation requirements engineering and test automation Drive continuous innovation by scouting and implementing emerging technologies within SAP ALM frameworks Support transformation initiatives from traditional ALM to cloudbased solutions ensuring alignment with business goals Mentor and guide technical teams on SAP Solution Manager functionalities and AIdriven enhancements Ensure compliance with IT frameworks such as ITIL and IT4IT in ALM process design and execution

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead the development and continuous improvement of global SAP Solution Manager services with a focus on ALM transformation

Manage SAP Solution Manager implementation projects including configuration upgrades and postgolive support

Provide expert advice on SAP transport management change request management ChaRM Focused Build and related tools

Collaborate with managed SAP service teams to optimize ALM processes and tool usage

Plan and oversee budgeting resource allocation and vendor management for ALMrelated projects





Conduct requirement gathering business blueprinting and system configuration activities

Deliver training presentations and live demos to business users and stakeholders on SAP Solution Manager capabilities

Identify and drive process optimization and automation opportunities using AI and machine learning within SAP ALM

Communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery

Work in agile international teams applying SAFe methodology to largescale SAP ALM projects
