We are looking for an experienced Project Director for a PMC assignment involving large-scale high-rise residential buildings across Mumbai.

Requirements

- 25+ years of relevant experience.

- Strong experience in large-scale high-rise projects, including residential and mixed-use developments.

- Strong site execution and PMC experience.

- Hands-on experience with Aluform or precast-based shuttering projects.

- Strong understanding of construction project execution.

- Strong communication and coordination skills.

- Candidates with relevant large-scale high-rise project exposure will be preferred.

Pay: ₹653,149.84 - ₹1,864,711.24 per year
