We are looking for a responsible and compassionate Staff Nurse to provide quality patient care, assist doctors, and ensure smooth nursing operations in the hospital.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide direct nursing care to patients according to hospital protocols.

- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and health conditions.

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.

- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.

- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.

- Ensure proper patient admission, transfer, and discharge procedures.

- Maintain infection control, hygiene, and patient safety standards.

- Communicate effectively with patients, relatives, doctors, and other healthcare staff.

- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of medical equipment.

- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide appropriate nursing support.

- Follow hospital policies,



nursing protocols, and professional standards.

- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

- Participate in shift duties, handovers, and staff training programs.

Eligibility & Skills

- Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing

- Valid nursing registration as applicable.

- Previous hospital experience preferred.

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

- Compassionate, patient-friendly, and responsible attitude.

- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Preferred

- Experience in hospital, ICU, OT, Labour Room, or IVF/Fertility care will be an advantage.

- Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
