About the Role

CompCraft is looking for a Computer & Business Applications Trainer who can effectively train students and working professionals in Computer Fundamentals, Advanced Excel, TallyPrime with GST, and Power BI.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge, positive communication skills, and the ability to explain concepts through hands-on, real-world examples.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on:
- Basics of Computer & MS Office
- Advanced Excel
- TallyPrime with GST
- Power BI
- Prepare training materials, exercises, assignments, and practical projects.
- Explain concepts clearly and demonstrate applications through live, hands-on examples.
- Assess learner progress through practical exercises, tests, and projects.
- Resolve students' doubts and provide individual guidance when required.




- Keep training content updated based on current software features and industry practices.
- Maintain a professional and engaging classroom environment.

Required Skills

- Good practical knowledge of Advanced Excel, TallyPrime with GST, and Power BI.
- Strong understanding of computer fundamentals and MS Office.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for beginners.
- Good problem-solving and classroom management skills.
- Practical, student-focused approach to training.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Applications, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Excel, TallyPrime, Power BI, or training are an advantage.
- Prior teaching/training experience is preferred.
