About the Role

Ruchi Foodline is looking for an experienced and result-oriented **Production Incharge** to manage day-to-day production operations and ensure efficient, timely and quality-compliant manufacturing.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in **FMCG/Food manufacturing**, with robust knowledge of production planning, manpower management, machine operations, quality standards, wastage control, productivity improvement and plant safety.

Key Requirements

* 5–8 years of relevant experience in **FMCG/Food Manufacturing/Production**.

* Strong hands-on experience in managing day-to-day production operations.

* Good understanding of **production planning, batch processing and manufacturing processes**.

* Experience in manpower planning and handling production teams/workmen.

* Strong knowledge of **quality, hygiene, food safety and manufacturing standards**.

* Experience in controlling production wastage, rejection and process losses.

* Good understanding of machine operation, maintenance coordination and breakdown management.

* Ability to achieve production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, coordination and team management skills.

* Experience with **GMP, HACCP, 5S, SOP and food safety practices** will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities





* Plan and execute daily production activities as per production schedules.

* Ensure achievement of **production targets, quality standards and timelines**.

* Monitor production processes and ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines and raw materials.

* Manage and allocate manpower across production lines/shifts.

* Monitor machine performance and coordinate with Maintenance for preventive maintenance and breakdown resolution.

* Control production wastage, rejection, rework and process losses.

* Ensure adherence to **SOPs, GMP, HACCP, hygiene and food safety standards**.

* Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase and Planning teams for smooth production.

* Monitor raw material and packaging material availability for uninterrupted production.

* Maintain production records, batch records and shift-wise production reports.

* Identify process bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive actions.

* Drive productivity improvement and process optimization initiatives.

* Ensure proper housekeeping, workplace discipline and **5S practices** on the shop floor.

* Ensure compliance with plant safety requirements and company policies.

* Lead, train and motivate production operators and shop-floor manpower.





* Conduct shift handovers and ensure proper communication of production issues.

* Report production performance, downtime, wastage and other key metrics to management.
