· Client Briefing: Meet with clients to understand their functional needs, design preferences, and budgetary constraints.
· Concept Design: Develop creative concepts, mood boards, material palettes, and spatial layouts for presentation.
· 3D Modeling: Create high-quality 3D renders and visualizations to give clients a realistic preview of the space.
· Technical Drawings: Generate accurate 2D working drawings, including furniture layouts, false ceiling details, electrical points, and elevations.
· Material Selection: Source and select appropriate furniture, fixtures, lighting, wall treatments, upholstery, and materials.
· Documentation & BOQ: Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and accurate project estimations for client sign-off.
Pay: ₹35,043.43 - ₹45,390.87 per month
