Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Programming Engineer to develop, test, commission, and troubleshoot PLC/HMI software for packaging machinery, conveyors, material handling systems, and robotic automation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop PLC and HMI programs for machine sequences, alarms, interlocks, and diagnostics.
- Configure VFDs, servo drives, remote I/O, sensors, and industrial networks.
- Integrate robots, vision systems, barcode readers, and other third-party devices.
- Conduct machine testing, FAT, SAT, and commissioning at customer sites.
- Troubleshoot software, electrical, motion, network, and sequence-related issues.
- Prepare documentation, backups, and commissioning reports.

Requirements:

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Automation,



or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on PLC, HMI, and industrial machine commissioning experience.
- Experience with packaging machinery, automation, SPM, or material handling systems.
- Solid knowledge of at least one PLC/HMI platform.
- Rockwell Studio 5000 / CompactLogix preferred; Siemens, Omron, or Mitsubishi experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of VFD, servo motion, industrial communication, and electrical schematics.
- Willingness to travel for commissioning and customer support.
