JOB SUMMARY: -

Devant IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a creative and experienced Senior Motion Graphics Designer with 2–3 years of professional experience in motion graphics, animation, and video editing.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and high-quality visual content for digital platforms, websites, social media, marketing campaigns, advertisements, presentations, and corporate communication.

The candidate should have strong creative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage projects from concept to final delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: -

- Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, promotional videos, and digital content.
- Convert creative briefs, scripts, and concepts into engaging visual content.
- Design motion graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
- Handle video editing, transitions, visual effects, typography, sound synchronization, and animation.
- Create 2D animations, logo animations, animated typography, explainer videos, and promotional creatives.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Content, UI/UX, Graphic Design, and Development teams.
- Understand project requirements and deliver creative output within defined timelines.
- Ensure consistency with company branding and visual guidelines.
- Review and revise creative work based on management and team feedback.
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines.




- Stay updated with the latest motion design trends, animation techniques, AI-powered creative tools, and digital content trends.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: -

- 2–3 years of professional experience in Motion Graphics, Animation, and Video Editing.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
- Positive working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of motion design, animation principles, typography, composition, visual effects, and visual storytelling.
- Hands-on experience in video editing, transitions, effects, and sound synchronization.
- Knowledge of 2D animation and motion graphics production workflows.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative and design tools will be an added advantage.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and independently execute projects.
- Ability to work within deadlines and handle multiple projects effectively.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:-

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Animation, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- Candidates with a strong portfolio/showreel will be given preference.
- Experience creating content for social media, digital marketing, advertisements, and corporate branding will be an added advantage.
