Job Responsibilities:

- Handle hotel and room reservations from booking to confirmation.
- Manage hotel bookings through various OTA platforms.
- Coordinate with hotels and vendors for availability, rates, and confirmations.
- Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and customer requests.
- Ensure accurate and timely updating of reservation details.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking operations.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in hotel/room reservations is preferred.
- Experience in handling OTA platforms is mandatory.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bookings.
- Experience in the travel or hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
