Hiring Electrician cum Plumber!!

Position: Electrician cum Plumber
Location: Manamadurai / Wayanad, Kerala

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Electrician cum Plumber to handle day-to-day electrical and plumbing maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance across the premises.

Key Responsibilities:

Electrical Work

- Install, maintain and repair electrical wiring, switches, sockets, lights, fans and other electrical equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and attend to breakdowns.
- Check and maintain MCBs, DBs, panels, starters and basic electrical systems.
- Handle basic motor, pump and electrical connections.
- Carry out routine preventive electrical maintenance.

Plumbing Work

- Install and repair PVC/GI water supply pipelines and fittings.
- Attend to water leakage, taps, valves, toilets, washbasins and sanitary fittings.
- Maintain water tanks, pipelines and water pumps.
- Attend to drainage and plumbing-related issues.
- Carry out routine preventive plumbing maintenance.





General Responsibilities

- Attend to maintenance complaints and urgent breakdowns.
- Maintain tools and equipment properly.
- Identify material requirements and report major repair/replacement needs.
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Support other maintenance activities as required.

Qualification & Experience:

- ITI / relevant technical qualification preferred.
- 2–7years of experience in electrical and plumbing maintenance preferred.
- Practical knowledge of both electrical and plumbing works.
- Experience in farm, factory, construction, hotel, resort or facility maintenance will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly.
