- Lead Generation: Run targeted paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube to capture high-intent buyer inquiries. [1, 2]
- Campaign & Budget Management: Allocate ad spend, monitor performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for a lower Cost per Lead (CPL). [1, 2]
- Portal & Listing Management: Oversee property listings and digital assets across major real estate platforms. [1]
- Content & Social Media Strategy: Coordinate briefs for video tours, reels, and carousel ads, maintaining brand consistency across channels. [1, 2]
- Sales Coordination: Work directly with the sales team to track lead quality, site visits, and booking conversions, ensuring proper CRM integration. [1, 2]




- Analytics & Reporting: Analyze digital traffic, campaign ROI, and conversion rates to report performance insights to management. [1, 2]

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 3 to 6 years of digital marketing experience, preferably within the real estate or property tech sector.
- Technical Knowledge: Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO, and analytics tools.
- Ecosystem Familiarity: Understanding of real estate lead funnels, property pricing updates, and local market trends.
