Job Summary: IRTH, a premium women's handbag and accessories brand from Titan, is looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) to deliver an exceptional shopping experience, build solid customer relationships, and support the store in achieving its sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist customers in selecting products.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Build and maintain customer relationships for repeat business.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Maintain product displays and store standards.
- Support inventory management and billing processes as required.

Requirements:

- Graduate or Higher Secondary pass.
- 1–3 years of experience in premium retail sales or customer service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Store Location: City Centre 2, New Town, Kolkata

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
