Job Description

PEXA Car Care is looking for a confident, mature, and resilient Franchise Coordinator Assistant to handle existing franchisee queries, complaints, and operational escalations.

It is a problem-solving and relationship-management role that requires solid communication skills and the ability to handle demanding and difficult franchise partners professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary contact for existing PEXA Car Care franchise partners
- Handle franchisee queries, complaints, and escalations.
- Manage high-pressure conversations with dissatisfied or demanding franchisees.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, HR, Finance, Marketing) to resolve issues
- Follow up on open issues and ensure timely closure




- Escalate critical matters to management with factual analysis and recommendations

Required Skills & Competencies

- Excellent communication skills in English , Malayalam and Hindi
- Proven ability to handle hard customers and conflict situations
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Customer relation experience
- 20% to 30% hike from present salary

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
