Objective & Role Description

We are seeking a versatile AI Development & Technical Learning Specialist who seamlessly bridges the gap between core AI software development and technical education. In this hybrid role, you will build production-grade Agentic AI systems while designing applied learning modules and teaching students from non-technical backgrounds how to integrate and leverage AI/ML tools within non-technical domains.

You will act as both a hands-on engineer building self-improving platform architectures and an empathetic educator capable of breaking down complex algorithms into intuitive, practical workflows for learners of all backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

- Core AI System Development: Design, build, and deploy Agentic AI workflows, autonomous systems, dynamic context memory, and backend LLM infrastructure.

- Non-Technical Domain Training: Teach, mentor, and guide students and professionals from non-technical backgrounds on how to practically adopt, integrate, and apply AI/ML concepts.

- Curriculum & Project Design: Translate complex AI engineering topics into intuitive, hands-on learning modules, real-world case studies, and domain-specific integration projects.

- Cross-Domain AI Integration: Create practical frameworks and tools showing how AI can automate and optimize processes in non-tech fields ( life science, healthcare, business, operations, creative, management, etc.).

- Platform Feedback Loop: Gather insights from training interactions to refine our AI learning platform, making it more intuitive and effective for non-technical users.

Preferred Skill Set & Qualifications

- Educational Background: M.Sc. or M.Tech in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning,



Data Science, or Computer Science (preferred). Strong B.Tech/B.E. candidates with proven instructional ability are also welcome.

- AI/ML Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, multi-agent frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI), LLM API integration, vector databases, and RAG architectures.

- Instructional & Communication Mastery: Exceptional ability to simplify complex mathematical and algorithmic concepts into clear, engaging, and jargon-free lessons for non-technical audiences.

- Applied Domain Experience: Knowledge of how AI/ML tools can be integrated into non-technical operational workflows.

- Mindset: Strong empathy for learners, clear articulation, adaptability, and a dual passion for building cutting-edge software and teaching others.

Eligibility & Experience

- Internship Track: Undergraduates or Postgraduates (M.Sc./M.Tech) in AI/ML or Computer Science graduating in the 2027 Batch.

- Full-Time Track: Open to fresh postgraduates (M.Sc. in AI/ML) as well as experienced AI Engineers and Technical Trainers.
