As an EVERQ Dermatologist Consultant, you will be part of a structured telehealth ecosystem that enables you to consult with patients remotely while building your presence and experience in digital healthcare.

2. Consultation Structure Each consultation is 20 minutes.

Dermatologists can choose from structured consultation slots based on their availability.

All consultations are conducted through the EVERQ telehealth platform.





Compensation is linked to completed consultations, with a Minimum Guaranteed Payout (MGP) for committed consulting hours.

3. Commercials

Consulting Commitment

5 hours/day- Monday– Saturday - Minimum Guaranteed Payout ₹50,000/month

Preferred Slots - 11:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 12:00 PM – 5:30 PM | 1:00 PM – 6:30 PM | 2:00 PM – 7:30 PM

7 hours/day-Monday–Saturday - Minimum Guaranteed Payout ₹70,000/month

Preferred Slots - 11:00 AM – 6:30 PM | 12:00 PM – 7:30 PM | 1:00 PM – 8:30 PM

Both the 5-hour and 7-hour committed slots include a 30-minute break.

Beyond English and Hindi, the preferred languages are Tamil and Telugu.

Per-Consultation Payout

₹300 per completed consultation For each billing cycle, the dermatologist's payout will be calculated based on the applicable commercial structure, and the higher applicable amount will be paid.

The Minimum Guaranteed Payout ensures a predictable baseline of earnings even when the agreed consultation volume is not achieved.

4. Payment Process





EVERQ follows a simple and transparent monthly payment cycle:

1st of every month

→ EVERQ calculates the consultant's payable amount based on the previous month's activity.

Payment statement shared

→ The dermatologist receives the calculated payable amount.

Invoice raised

→ The dermatologist raises an invoice for the communicated amount.

Payment processed

→ EVERQ processes the payment within 1–2 working days of receiving the invoice.

This ensures a clear and predictable payment process every month.

5. Our Commitment to Dermatologists

At EVERQ, we aim to build long-term relationships with our dermatologist consultants.

Our goal is to provide: Predictable commercials + Quality patient experience + Telehealth exposure + Personal Brand-building opportunities

while ensuring that dermatologists have the operational support needed to deliver a seamless consultation experience.

6. Consultant Engagement

The above commercials will form part of the Dermatologist Consultant Agreement between EVERQ and the consulting dermatologist.

The final engagement will be subject to mutually agreed consulting hours, availability, consultation terms, and other provisions outlined in the Consultant Agreement.
