Role Description This full-time, on-site Banking Process role is based in Thane (Mumbai) and involves handling day-to-day banking operations and customer interactions. Responsibilities include assisting customers with account-related queries, processing transactions, and supporting credit and insurance-related services in line with organizational policies. The role requires maintaining accurate records, complying with banking regulations, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues promptly. The Banking Process professional will also contribute to improving service workflows, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience within the branch environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Communication skills to manage inquiries, explain banking solutions clearly, and maintain positive client relationships.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Insurance-related processes to support cross-selling, policy servicing, and coordination with insurance partners.
- Candidates should possess attention to detail and basic data entry skills to ensure accurate documentation, transaction processing, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with banking or financial services operations; prior experience in a bank, NBFC, or similar institution is preferred.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site in Thane (Mumbai), collaborate with team members, and adapt to structured workflows and performance targets.
- Candidates should possess at least a higher secondary or bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications in banking or financial services are an added advantage.
