AI LEARNING PROGRAMMES | SMEs, CONTENT & GLOBAL DELIVERY

Important: this is NOT an AI Engineer, Data Scientist or traditional Product Manager role.

I'm looking for someone who can sit between AI experts, learning content and customers – and help turn quick-moving subjects such as GenAI and Agentic AI into compelling learning experiences.

You'll support a global AI Accelerator programme, helping take an idea from:

Emerging AI topic → Subject Matter Expert → Content → Live Session → Global Audience → Reusable Learning Asset

That means researching emerging AI and financial-services trends, identifying and engaging credible AI thought leaders and speakers, coordinating SMEs and content providers, helping develop presentations and learning materials, and delivering webinars, live sessions and programmes across multiple regions.

You'll also own the execution behind it – timelines, stakeholders, risks, dependencies, content libraries and follow-through.

You DON'T need to be building AI models.





You DO need enough AI fluency to engage intelligently with specialists, understand what's important and help translate complex ideas into content that customers can understand and use.

I'm particularly interested in people with 3–5 years across AI/technology programmes, digital learning, programme management, consulting, fintech, content programmes or executive education.

Experience coordinating speakers, SMEs, webinars, training programmes or specialist content would be highly relevant.

Financial-services exposure would be a strong advantage.
