Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Fashion Designer at Zenithindia. In this role, the Fashion Designer will conceptualize and design apparel and accessories that align with Zenithindia's Gen Z aesthetic and brand ethos. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing mood boards, sketching designs, selecting textiles, and overseeing samples to ensure proper fit and quality. The Fashion Designer will collaborate with content, tech,



and marketing teams to translate fashion concepts into visually compelling digital stories and campaigns. The role also involves staying current with fashion and streetwear trends, integrating embroidery and other detailing techniques, and maintaining consistent brand messaging across collections.
Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Fashion Design and Fashion concepts, with the ability to create contemporary, Gen Z-aligned collections.
- Knowledge of Textiles and fabric behavior, including selection, sourcing, and performance for various design applications.
- Hands-on experience with Embroidery and surface embellishment techniques to enhance garment detailing.
- Proficiency in Fitting, pattern interpretation, and collaborating with sample makers to achieve desired silhouettes and comfort.
- Bachelor's degree or formal training in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Skill in digital design tools (such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CAD software) for technical sketches and presentations.
- Ability to work remotely with cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong visual communication skills, trend awareness, and a portfolio demonstrating innovative, culture-driven design work.
