Job Title: Remote Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Specialist - Educational & Performing Arts)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and detail-oriented Remote Recruiter based in India to drive our recruitment pipelines and help us scale our academic and enrichment programs.

We operate after-school enrichment and digital learning brands, and you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring specialized remote and hybrid talent across three core areas:

- Theater Instructors, California: Finding dynamic, expressive performing arts educators and directors (such as AMDA or drama graduates) who can lead interactive theater, improv, and public speaking camps.
- StudyBe Instructors, California: Recruiting skilled online educators and academic mentors for our consumer-focused educational software platform, StudyBe.
- India Immersion Program Instructors, California: Sourcing specialized cultural, language, and curriculum guides for our India immersion programs.
- Software Developers in India

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete talent acquisition lifecycle—from job posting and candidate sourcing to initial screening, interviews, and reference checks.
- Multi-Channel Sourcing: Utilize professional networks, job boards, social media, and niche educational communities in India to build a robust talent pipeline of educators and artists.
- Screening & Evaluation: Conduct initial video interviews to assess candidates' communication skills, subject-matter expertise, and cultural alignment with our educational programs.
- Candidate Experience: Provide timely,



skilled communication to all applicants, ensuring a positive brand experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain organized applicant tracking systems (ATS) and provide weekly recruitment progress reports to management.

Requirements & Logistics:

- Location: India (Remote)
- Commitment: Full-Time, Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays as needed
- Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000/month (depending upon proven experience and education)

Required Skills:

- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR (preferably hiring educators, trainers, or creative talent).
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Familiarity with online sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and remote collaboration software (Slack, Google Workspace).
- Ability to independently manage pipelines and meet hiring deadlines.
