As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern frameworks to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Your work focuses on meeting unique business requirements by continuously refining and enhancing software elements to support evolving organizational goals and user needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Maintain and improve existing software by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing necessary changes.
- Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Good To Have Skills: Continuous Integration (CI) Tools.
- Experience with version control systems and automated build and deployment pipelines.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in complex software environments.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
