About the Role

Hiring a Shopify & Digital Marketing Executive to manage our online store and grow sales through Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital marketing activities.

The ideal candidate should independently manage Shopify operations, run paid advertising campaigns, and demonstrate measurable results. Candidates from Tirupur and nearby areas are preferred.

Shopify Responsibilities

- Manage product uploads, collections, pricing, inventory, sizes, colours, and other product variants.
- Create and update product descriptions, images, size charts, and SEO titles and descriptions.
- Update homepage banners, navigation, landing pages, and promotional sections using the Shopify theme editor.
- Set up discount codes, offers, bundles, and relevant Shopify apps.
- Check product pages, cart, checkout, and payment functionality across mobile and desktop.
- Coordinate order processing, shipping, cancellations, and returns with internal teams.
- Monitor store performance and improve the shopping experience, conversion rate, and online sales.
- Troubleshoot basic store issues and coordinate with developers when required.

Digital Marketing Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Manage Google Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Maintain Google Merchant Center product feeds and resolve listing issues.
- Manage Meta product catalogues, sales campaigns, and retargeting campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and negative keyword optimisation.
- Manage advertising budgets and monitor return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per purchase, conversion rate, CPC, and CTR.
- Set up and verify conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel; coordinate Conversions API integration when required.
- Test advertising creatives, copy, audiences, offers, and landing pages to improve results.
- Coordinate with the creative team on advertisements, reels,



product content, and promotional campaigns.
- Support social media management, basic SEO, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and abandoned-cart recovery.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering advertising spend, sales, campaign results, and improvement plans.

Required Skills and Experience

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience covering both Shopify store management and digital marketing.
- Practical experience independently managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Ability to share previous work or explain measurable improvements in campaign performance and online sales.
- Understanding of e-commerce operations, customer acquisition, conversion tracking, and remarketing.
- Working knowledge of GA4, Google Merchant Center, Meta Ads Manager, and Excel or Google Sheets.
- Positive communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines independently.

Added Advantages

- Knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra seller portals, including product listings, inventory management, order processing, promotions, and marketplace advertising.
- Experience in fashion, apparel, kidswear, womenswear, or direct-to-consumer brands.
- Basic Canva, image editing, and short-form video skills.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for minor Shopify adjustments.
