R&D; Intern – Food Product Development

Duration: 1 year
Monthly Stipend: ₹10,000

Fibro Foods is looking for an enthusiastic R&D; Intern who is interested in food-product development and wants practical industry experience in creating and improving innovative food products.

Key Responsibilities

- Support new product development and recipe trials
- Assist with product preparation and application trials
- Conduct sensory evaluation and product benchmarking
- Record trial observations and maintain documentation
- Support formulation improvement and product troubleshooting
- Coordinate with the R&D; and application teams

Eligibility

- Students or recent graduates in Food Technology, Food Science or a related discipline
- Interested in recipe development and food innovation
- Valuable observation and sensory-evaluation skills




- Willing to learn through hands-on trials
- Comfortable working in a food-development or factory environment
- Practical, curious and solution-oriented
- Good communication skills in English is must
