About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on IT Infrastructure & Support Engineer to manage and execute end-to-end technology infrastructure for a luxury residential project and corporate office. The role covers infrastructure planning, implementation, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, testing, commissioning, documentation and handover.

Key Responsibilities:-

Network Infrastructure

- Manage TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, wi-fi, router, switches, firewalls, switches, VLANs and IP Addressing.
- Plan and troubleshoot network infrastructure, internet connectivity and performance.

Structured Cabling

- Plan and manage Cat6/Cat6A and Fiber cabling, patch panels, racks, cable routing, termination, testing and labeling.
- Review technical drawings and coordinate cabling requirements with Civil, Electrical, MEP and ELV teams.

CCTV & Security Systems

- Handle IP CCTV cameras, NVR, CCTV networking/storage, access control, biometrics, intercom, video door phones and electronic locks.
- Coordinate installation, testing, commissioning and integration with vendors.

IT & End-User Support

- Provide hands-on support for Windows and Apple environments, including desktops, laptops, MacBooks, iMacs, iPhones, iPads, printers, scanners, UPS and peripherals.
- Manage software installation, updates, patching, user access, endpoint security and troubleshooting.

Apple Ecosystem

- Support macOS, iOS, iPadOS, Apple ID, iCloud, backup,



migration and device configuration/integration.

Servers, Storage & Backup

- Handle servers, NAS, shared resources, backup/recovery, antivirus and endpoint security.
- Maintain basic infrastructure and backup documentation.

Smart Home, IoT & Automation

- Knowledge/exposure to smart lighting, switches, motorized curtains/blinds, smart locks, HVAC controls, sensors, automation controllers, IoT devices and smart security systems.
- Coordinate with automation vendors for network, Wi-Fi, cabling and connectivity requirements.

AV & Home Entertainment

- Support infrastructure for home theatre, smart TVs, projectors, multi-room audio, Apple TV, streaming devices and AV/network integration.

IT Security

- Manage basic network and endpoint security, user access, permissions, passwords, antivirus and security controls.

Project & Vendor Coordination

- Review architectural, electrical, MEP and ELV drawings and identify technology requirements before execution.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants and vendors for installation, testing, snagging, commissioning and handover.
- Review BOQs, quotations and technical specifications and verify installation quality.

Documentation & Asset Management

- Maintain network topology, rack layouts, cable schedules, Wi-Fi/CCTV layouts, IP records, asset registers, warranties/AMC, testing and handover documentation.

Required Skills:-





- Strong hands-on experience in Network Infrastructure, Structured Cabling, CCTV, IT Support and Troubleshooting.
- Positive understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VLAN, Firewalls, Fiber, Cat6/Cat6A and Network Security.
- Experience with Windows & Apple environments, Servers/NAS, Backup, Endpoint Security and IT Hardware.
- Exposure to Smart Home/Automation, IoT and AV/Home Theatre.
- Ability to read technical drawings and coordinate with project teams, contractors and vendors.
- Strong communication, documentation, problem-solving and independent working skills.
- Comfortable working at a live construction/project site.

Education & Certifications:-

- Bachelor’s/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, Networking, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred Certifications: CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft, Apple, or CCTV/Networking certifications.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
