About the Role:This is a sales-focused role where qualified leads will be provided by the company. The candidate will be responsible for converting leads into successful business opportunities through effective communication and relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Handling inbound and assigned leads Responding to phone, email, and live-chat inquiries Following up with customers regarding estimates, invoices, and payments Coordinating with warehouses and procurement partners Preparing quotations and maintaining customer relationships Working with CRM, WhatsApp, and related tools Achieving monthly sales targets Preferred Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills Excellent communication and customer handling Experience with UK/European customers preferred Knowledge of the interior design industry is an added advantage Good numerical and software skills Qualified communication with neutral/foreign accent preferredIf you are passionate about sales and client relationship management, we’d love to connect with you.
