Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Trainer – Collections & Operations to join our NBFC/Fintech team in Bengaluru.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of training experience, preferably in NBFC, Fintech, Banking, Digital Lending, Collections, Debt Recovery, or BPO operations.

Candidates with hands-on experience in training collection/tele-collection teams and knowledge of loan recovery processes will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct new-joiner induction, onboarding, process training, refresher training, and product training.
- Train Collection Executives on loan collection, recovery processes, customer handling, negotiation, objection handling, and Promise-to-Pay (PTP) management.
- Conduct mock calls, role plays, assessments, quizzes, and knowledge checks to evaluate employee understanding.
- Explain and reinforce SOPs, process guidelines, compliance requirements, and ethical collection practices.
- Identify employee knowledge gaps through assessments, quality reports, and performance observations.
- Conduct coaching and refresher sessions to improve employee performance and process knowledge.
- Work closely with Operations, Quality, and HR teams to identify training requirements and performance gaps.
- Track and maintain training attendance, assessment scores, training MIS, and post-training performance.
- Prepare and update training presentations, modules, process documents, SOPs, and learning materials.




- Monitor post-training performance and provide feedback to the Operations and Quality teams.
- Support continuous improvement of collection processes through effective training interventions.

Required Experience & Skills

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Training / Learning & Development.
- Experience in NBFC, Fintech, Banking, Digital Lending, Collections, Debt Recovery, or BPO is preferred.
- Prior experience training Collection Executives / Tele-Collection teams will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of loan collection and recovery processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to conduct engaging classroom and virtual training sessions.
- Strong knowledge of mock calls, role plays, assessments, and training evaluation.
- Good working knowledge of MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented setting.

Language Requirements

Candidates who can communicate and conduct training in multiple languages will be preferred.

Multilingual candidates who can effectively train employees across different regional languages will be highly preferred.

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
