Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Executive with strong expertise in Operation MIS, payment operations, Advanced Excel, and AI-based automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing operational data, preparing reports, monitoring payment processes, identifying process gaps, and implementing automation solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Experience in the Insurance or Healthcare industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, maintain, and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.

- Manage and monitor payment processing, reconciliation, and transaction-related activities.

- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of operational reports and payment records.

- Use Advanced Excel for data analysis, reporting, reconciliation, and process automation.

- Work with functions such as Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, charts, conditional formatting, and Excel formulas.

- Identify repetitive manual processes and develop automation solutions to improve productivity.

- Explore and implement AI tools and automation workflows for reporting, data validation, documentation, and operational processes.

- Track operational KPIs, identify trends, and highlight exceptions or deviations to management.

- Perform data quality checks and ensure confidentiality and integrity of operational information.

- Support process improvement initiatives and prepare management-level presentations and reports.





- Maintain proper documentation, SOPs, and process trackers.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of MIS and Operations Management.

- Excellent command of Advanced Excel.

- Hands-on experience with payment processing and reconciliation.

- Knowledge of AI tools, workflow automation, and process automation.

- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good understanding of data management and reporting.

- Ability to work with large datasets and meet deadlines.

- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

- High attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred / Added Advantage

- Experience in Insurance operations.

- Experience in Healthcare operations.

- - Experience in developing automated MIS dashboards and workflows.

- Understanding of compliance, audit, and process controls.

Education

Graduate in any discipline; candidates with qualifications in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, IT, or related fields will be preferred.

1-3 Years Experienced candidates will be preffered

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
