Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.

Skilled & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle EBS Financials.
- Strong understanding of financial modules and their integration within Oracle EBS.
- Experience in application design, configuration, and customization to meet business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within Oracle EBS Financials.
- Familiarity with database concepts and SQL to support application development and reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle EBS Financials.

- This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ location.
