Job Summary

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in paid advertising, campaign analysis, ROI optimization, and customer acquisition. The role will focus on maximizing advertising performance and ensuring efficient use of marketing budgets.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Analyze ad performance, audience behavior, conversion data, and campaign ROI.
- Monitor ROAS, ROI, CPA, CPL, CPC, CTR, CPM, conversion rate, and revenue.
- Identify underperforming campaigns, ads, audiences, and creatives and take corrective action.
- Continuously optimize budgets, targeting, bidding, creatives, and campaigns to improve profitability.
- Conduct A/B testing of ads, audiences, offers, and landing pages.
- Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
- Track marketing spend against revenue and acquisition targets.
- Identify opportunities to scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining target ROI.

Required Skills





- Robust hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Advanced ad performance analysis and ROI optimization.
- Strong understanding of campaign metrics and conversion funnels.
- Experience with GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage and optimize significant advertising budgets.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5–7 years of performance marketing experience.
- Proven track record of improving ROAS, ROI, conversions, and customer acquisition.
- F&B;, hospitality, retail, e-commerce, or consumer brand experience preferred.
