About the Role
RoomAdda is looking for an energetic and people-friendly Customer Experience Lead to assist students, working professionals, and people relocating to Bengaluru in finding suitable PG and rental accommodations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily PG/rental enquiries and communicate with leads online.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable accommodation options.
- Explain RoomAdda services and convert interested leads into sign-ups.
- Maintain leads, follow-ups and conversions using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams for a smooth customer onboarding experience.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sign-up targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing B.Com, BBA or related field.
- Robust communication, convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven,



target-oriented and eager to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
- Interest in Sales, Marketing or Real Estate/Rental Industry.

Compensation & Benefits

- Probation: 3–4 months.
- Annual CTC: ₹4 LPA*.
- Performance Incentives: Up to ₹20,000/month.
- Health Insurance: Coverage up to ₹2,00,000.
- Performance reviews and career growth opportunities.

4 LPA CTC includes the performance-based variable incentive component. Incentives up to ₹20,000/month are based on individual performance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
