About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding manpower requirements and sourcing candidates to interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.

The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, good communication abilities, and the ability to work with hiring managers to close positions within defined timelines.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1.Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical, sales, business development, corporate, and other positions.

Understand Job Descriptions and hiring requirements from respective departments.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, employee referrals, social media, and other channels.

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidates for skills, experience, communication, salary expectations, and job fit.

Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds with the respective panels.

Maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.

*2. Interview & Candidate Management*

Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interview panels.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.





Maintain accurate interview and candidate status trackers.

Ensure timely feedback collection from interview panels.

*3. Recruitment Track*

Maintain daily and weekly recruitment trackers.

Track: Requirements received Profiles sourced Profiles shortlisted Interviews scheduled Interviews completed Selected candidates Offers released Offers accepted Candidates joined Positions closed

Maintain recruitment database for future requirements.

*4. Recruitment Target & Productivity*

Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.

Prioritize critical requirements.

Develop sourcing strategies for difficult-to-close and niche positions.

Continuously improve sourcing quality and TAT time.

*5. Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline*

Konwledge in Job posting and employer branding activities.

Build and maintain talent pools for frequently hired positions.

Develop candidate networks through LinkedIn and other professional platforms.

Must Have Skills

3–5 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / HR Recruitment

Solid knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.

Good knowledge of Boolean search and candidate sourcing techniques.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.

Target-oriented and result-driven approach.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
