About the Role

Right Hunt HR Solutions is looking for an energetic Business Development Intern to support our client acquisition and lead-generation activities. This is a great opportunity for freshers who want to build a career in Sales, Business Development and HR Services.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate recent business leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email and online research.
- Identify and connect with HR Heads, Business Owners and decision-makers.
- Introduce Right Hunt's Recruitment, Staffing, Payroll, Compliance and HR Retainer Services.
- Schedule meetings with potential clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team.
- Maintain daily activity and lead-generation reports.

Requirements





- Fresher or 0–1 year experience.
- BBA, BMS, B.Com, MBA or relevant qualification preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Confident speaking over phone.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, LinkedIn and email.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with cold calling.

Stipend & Incentives

₹5,000 – ₹10,000/month + Performance Incentives
