We are looking for a confident and persuasive Business Development Caller to connect with UK-based businesses and pitch offshore accounting & bookkeeping solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to UK accounting firms, SMEs, and business owners
- Pitch and promote offshore accounting/bookkeeping services
- Convince prospects to outsource their accounting operations to our team
- Generate qualified leads and set appointments for the senior sales team
- Maintain call records and update CRM regularly
- Follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales pipeline

Requirements

- Excellent spoken English with a neutral/clear accent
- Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills
- Basic understanding of accounting/bookkeeping concepts (preferred)
- Prior experience in UK/US voice process or B2B sales preferred
- Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude
- Comfortable working in UK shift timings
