Technical Requirements

- Practitioner/expert-level knowledge of Fast Formula in Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Experience developing, modifying, troubleshooting, and supporting Fast Formulas.
- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud configuration and business processes.
- Ability to analyze requirements and provide effective technical solutions.
- Oracle Cloud HCM certification is an advantage.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with direct client interaction is an advantage.
