VAIFX is looking for a driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Business Development team! If you have experience in healthcare, B2B sales, or medical tourism and are confident in building relationships with doctors and hospital decision-makers, this role is for you.

• Role: Business Development Executive (BDE)

• Department: Business Development

• Work Mode: 100% On-Field

• Location: Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon

• Monthly Target: ₹10,00,000

• Experience: 1.5–2+ years preferred

• Joining: Immediate Joiners are welcome

• Fixed Salary: ₹40,000 - 50000/ month

• Performance Incentives: Up to 10% bonus based on target achievement

• Target Slabs: 55% – 5% | 65% – 7% | 85% – 8% | 100% – 10%

• Hospital Prospecting: Conduct on-field prospecting and identify target doctors, hospitals, and healthcare decision-makers.

• Lead Qualification:



Handle inbound and outbound qualified calls to qualify prospects and identify business opportunities.

• Appointment Generation: Schedule qualified appointments with healthcare decision-makers.

• Joint Field Visits: Conduct joint field visits with the BDM for consultation, analysis, and business discussions.

• Hospital Growth: Analyze business requirements and present customized Hospital Growth Plans.

• 1.5–2+ years of experience preferred in Healthcare, B2B Sales, or Medical Tourism.

• Excellent English and Hindi verbal & written communication skills.

• Confidence in approaching and communicating with Doctors and Senior Management.

• Comfortable with 100% on-field work and managing a sales territory.

• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work towards monthly sales targets.
