The SOLIs Nurse will work closely with oncologists, chemotherapy nurses, and hospital staff to ensure proper scalp cooling administration, provide patient counselling and support, monitor patient comfort, and maintain accurate treatment records.
The role requires a caring and patient-focused approach, good communication skills, basic clinical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate effectively with hospital teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Care & Support
- Provide end-to-end support to patients receiving EVA Scalp Cooling therapy during chemotherapy.
- Explain the scalp cooling procedure, treatment expectations, benefits, and precautions to patients and caregivers.
- Counsel patients before their first session and provide ongoing support during subsequent sessions.
- Monitor patient comfort and well-being throughout pre-cooling, chemotherapy infusion, and post-cooling.
- Address patient concerns professionally and escalate any clinical concerns to the treating medical team.
EVA Scalp Cooling Administration
- Perform correct scalp cooling cap fitting according to Stemtech's prescribed protocol.
- Ensure the EVA Scalp Cooling System reaches the required temperature before treatment.
- Follow prescribed pre-cooling, cooling, and post-cooling timings based on the patient's chemotherapy protocol.
- Check caps, accessories, and equipment before each session.
- Report equipment damage, leakage, or technical issues immediately.
- Follow proper cleaning, storage, and handling procedures for EVA equipment.
Hospital Coordination
- Coordinate with oncologists, chemotherapy nurses, and hospital day-care staff.
- Ensure scheduled patients receive timely support without unnecessary delays.
- Coordinate patient scheduling, treatment sessions, and changes in appointments.
- Maintain smooth communication between the hospital team and Stemtech's Supportive Oncology Services team.
- Report patient scheduling changes,
delays, cancellations, or other issues to the reporting manager.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate patient and treatment records.
- Update patient enrolment, session completion, discontinuation/dropout, and treatment details.
- Maintain daily records in Google Sheets and other prescribed systems.
- Collect patient photographs and consent forms wherever applicable.
- Submit daily and weekly reports within the required timelines.
Quality & Compliance
- Follow Stemtech SOPs, hospital protocols, and infection-control procedures.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow applicable hospital privacy requirements.
- Maintain professional grooming and wear the prescribed uniform and ID card.
- Participate in training, refresher sessions, audits, and quality assessments.
- Follow all safety and operational guidelines while handling the EVA Scalp Cooling System.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- GNM or ANM Nursing qualification is mandatory.
- Valid nursing registration is preferred.
- Experience in Oncology, Chemotherapy Day Care, ICU, or Hospital Nursing will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills and willingness to learn may also apply.
- Candidates must be comfortable working in a hospital environment.

- Maintain complete and timely patient documentation.
- Coordinate effectively with hospital and chemotherapy teams.
- Maintain professional conduct, discipline, and patient confidentiality.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
