Medimode Hyper Pharmacy is seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to take overall responsibility for our pharmacy operations, team management, business performance, and growth in Malappuram. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in retail healthcare or pharmacy operations, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in inventory management and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations to ensure seamless workflow and high standards of customer service.
- Manage, mentor, and lead the pharmacy team to achieve performance and sales targets.
- Monitor and optimize inventory control, procurement processes, and stock replenishment.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards, healthcare laws, and safety protocols.
- Analyze business performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and execute strategic improvements.




- Resolve operational issues efficiently with a proactive, problem-solving mind-set.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 5 years of skilled experience in Pharmacy, Healthcare, or Retail Operations (Experience in a Hyper/Chain Pharmacy is highly preferred).
- Skills: Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making capabilities.
- Knowledge: Sound understanding of retail sales, inventory management, procurement, and regulatory compliance.
- Mindset: High sense of ownership and a result-oriented approach.
