Position: QC Manager / Assistant Manager – Quality

Department: Quality

Experience: 5–8 Years

Current Position: Minimum Assistant Manager level

Industry Preference: Automobile / Sheet Metal / Injection Moulding / Garment

CTC: ₹60,000 – ₹80,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Quality professional who can manage quality operations, lead the QC team, identify process issues, and ensure compliance with defined quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day Quality Control activities.

- Lead and supervise the QC/QA team.

- Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.

- Monitor incoming, in-process and final inspection activities.

- Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective/preventive actions.

- Analyze rejection, rework and customer complaint data.

- Work closely with Production, Engineering and other departments to resolve quality issues.

- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

- Ensure proper maintenance of inspection and quality records.





- Monitor process and product quality parameters.

- Handle customer quality concerns and support complaint resolution.

- Ensure compliance with applicable quality systems and customer requirements.

- Conduct regular quality reviews and prepare MIS reports.

- Train and guide team members on quality procedures and standards.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of QC/QA processes.

- Team handling and leadership skills.

- Good analytical and problem-solving ability.

- Knowledge of root cause analysis and CAPA.

- Good knowledge of inspection tools and quality documentation.

- Strong coordination and communication skills.

- Industry-specific quality experience in Automobile, Sheet Metal, Injection Moulding or Garment will be preferred.

Education: Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Production, Textile or relevant field preferred.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
