Job Summary

We are looking for a Tendering Executive with experience in handling technical and commercial bids for electrical, testing, utility or industrial products.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying and evaluating relevant tender opportunities, studying tender specifications, coordinating technical and commercial inputs, preparing complete bid documentation and ensuring timely and compliant submission of tenders.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate relevant tenders on GeM, CPPP, PSU and other e-tendering portals.
- Review BOQs, technical specifications, eligibility criteria and commercial terms.
- Select suitable makes/models against tender specifications in coordination with technical teams and OEMs.
- Prepare technical compliance sheets, deviation statements and complete bid documentation.
- Coordinate pricing, delivery and technical inputs with Sales, Procurement and OEMs.
- Handle online tender submission and ensure timely,



error-free documentation.
- Review key terms including EMD, PBG, payment terms, LD, warranty, inspection and delivery.
- Handle pre-bid queries, post-bid clarifications and tender follow-ups.
- Maintain Tender MIS covering submitted, pending, won and lost bids.

Qualifications & Skills

- 2–5 years of tendering/bidding experience, preferably for electrical, power-sector, testing & measuring or industrial products.
- Experience with Government/PSU/Power Utility/EPC tenders preferred.
- Good understanding of electrical specifications and ability to prepare technical compliance.
- Hands-on knowledge of GeM and e-tendering portals.
- Strong MS Excel, documentation, communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple tenders within strict deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
