1. Position Summary

The Business Development Associate (BDA)/ Senior BDA is responsible for engaging with potential customers, and supporting the sales process to drive business growth. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to revenue generation.

2. Key Responsibilities

● Handle and manage allocated leads effectively

● Connect with potential customers through calls, emails, or meetings

● Educate prospects about company products and services clearly

● Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions

● Schedule meetings or product demonstrations where required

● Maintain and update lead and customer records in the system

● Follow up consistently to convert leads into successful sales

● Close sales and contribute to revenue generation

● Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals

● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales execution

● Willingness to participate in offline campaigns and proactively engage with clients

is preferred

3. Decision-Making & Ownership





● Take initiative in identifying potential leads and opportunities

● Prioritize leads based on potential value

● Provide input on customer needs and market feedback

● Support conversion decisions through follow-ups and engagement

4. Skills Required

● Strong communication and negotiation skills

● Basic understanding of sales and business development

● Ability to build relationships with clients

● Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset

● Good organizational and follow-up skills
