Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Full-Stack Developer with 7+ years of hands-on experience to join our engineering team in Bangalore. In this role, you will take ownership of core project components, build high-performance microservices and dynamic user interfaces, and navigate production-level software challenges. The ideal candidate combines strong backend proficiency in Java and Spring Security with hands-on React expertise and solid modern cloud/DevOps familiarity.

Key Responsibilities

- Full-Stack Engineering: Independently design, build, and deliver scalable enterprise backend services in Java 8+ alongside responsive front-end user interfaces using React.
- Security & Authentication: Implement robust access control and security protocols utilizing Spring Security and JWT.
- Production Ownership: Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex production issues to ensure high availability and application performance.
- Testing & Quality: Write comprehensive unit test cases using JUnit and maintain high code quality standards.
- Mentorship & Collaboration: Provide technical guidance to junior developers, conduct code reviews, and collaborate across Cloud and DevOps teams.

Required Qualifications & ExpectationsCore Technical Skills

- Java 8+: Proven track record of independently owning and delivering major application components, handling live production challenges, and mentoring junior engineers.
- Frontend Development: Practical hands-on experience building user interfaces with React, with the ability to articulate code design, architectural choices, and trade-offs.
- Backend Security: Demonstrated experience configuring and managing Spring Security and JWT for secure API communication.




- Unit Testing & Quality: Strong experience writing unit tests using JUnit to maintain code coverage and reliability.

Cloud, DevOps & Operational Skills

- Cloud Platforms: Exposure to public cloud environments (Microsoft Azure preferred).
- DevOps & CI/CD: Practical understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines within an agile framework.
- Troubleshooting: Exceptional debugging and root-cause analysis skills across distributed systems.
