- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of MEP systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults, lighting, DB panels, switches, and wiring.
- Carry out basic plumbing repairs including pipelines, valves, and sanitary fixtures.
- Support HVAC equipment maintenance such as AHU, FCU, and exhaust systems.
- Inspect pumps, motors, and utility equipment regularly.
- Attend maintenance complaints and complete service requests within SLA.
- Maintain daily logbooks, checklists, and maintenance records.
- Follow Permit to Work (PTW), LOTO, PPE, and all safety procedures.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
