Our client is looking for a veteran qualified who is self-directed, takes direction well, and possesses the extensive knowledge to jump in without an extended learning curve. This is a plug-and-play role for a high-level AP/AR Bookkeeper who can operate with total autonomy and professional precision. The team does not have the bandwidth to teach the basics; they need someone who can take the lead and run with it.

Schedule: Remote, Part Time |Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM PST (25 work hours per week)

Responsibilities:

- Primary Focus: Drive accuracy and efficiency in Accounts Payable operations using QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise.
- Cross-Training: Proactively cross-train in Accounts Receivable to provide full team coverage and redundancy.
- Financial Management: Manage and optimize data entry, perform regular account reconciliations (including customer deposits), and support month-end closing.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to streamlining financial operations and maintain clear communication via Slack.
- Precision: Execute all bookkeeping tasks with meticulous attention to detail and professional handling of confidential data.

Requirements:

- Expertise: Extensive,



proven experience with QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise is mandatory.
- Seniority: Robust background in both AP and AR management at a senior level.
- Autonomy: Must be self-motivated and capable of working independently without a long training phase.
- Communication: Excellence in written and verbal English.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient with modern business tools (Slack, etc.) and comfortable in a remote environment.
