Job Title: Team Lead – Internal Audit

Department: Internal Audit / Risk & Assurance

Qualification: CA / CMA (Mandatory)

Experience: 2–8 years (post-qualification, including 2+ years in a team-handling/lead capacity) — adjust to your actual requirement

Location: Chennai

Industry Preferred: Hospitality is more advantage

About The Role

We are looking for a qualified CA/CMA professional to lead our Internal Audit function. The role involves planning and executing internal audits, leading a team of auditors, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and presenting findings to senior management.

Skills Required

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and lead internal audits across departments/business units as per the annual audit plan

Lead and mentor a team of internal audit executives/associates, reviewing their work and ensuring quality of audit documentation

Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes

Identify process gaps, control weaknesses, and recommend corrective actions.
