Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support day-to-day HR activities for the dealership and branch network in Kochi. This full-time, on-site role includes assisting with recruitment processes, scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, and helping with onboarding and orientation. The intern will help implement HR policies, support employee engagement initiatives, and assist with basic payroll and attendance coordination under the guidance of senior HR staff.



Responsibilities also include preparing HR-related documentation, handling routine employee queries, and contributing to HR data reporting and filing. The role offers hands-on experience in HR operations within a dynamic sales and service setting.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and interest in building a career in HR.
- Ability to support HR Management and Personnel Management activities under supervision.
- Understanding of HR Policies and basic awareness of Employee Benefits administration.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and comfort working with spreadsheets and HR documentation.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Attention to detail, discretion in handling confidential information, and a collaborative working style.
- Willingness to work on-site in Kochi and adapt to a fast-paced dealership environment.
