Job Title: HR Head

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 7 to 15 years

Role Overview:

We are looking for a result driven HR-Head who will be responsible for developing HR Strategy, building scalable people processes, driving talent acquisition, strengthening culture, ensuring compliance, and supporting business expansion across multiple cities.

What You'll Do:

- Develop and execute the overall HR strategy aligned with company's growth objectives
- Responsible for designing and implementing performance management systems, KPIs, and goal-setting frameworks
- Responsible for leading talent acquisition & hiring across corporate, operations & other functions
- Oversee payroll, attendance, HRMS, and employee lifecycle management
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory requirements
- Standardize HR policies, SOPs,



and set up HR Ops as per business objective
- Manage and track key HR metrics including attrition, hiring efficiency, productivity & employee engagement

Qualifications & Skills:

- Candidates from Tier-1 MBA/PGDHRM preferred (XLRI, TISS, IIM, MDI).
- Experience in quick commerce, e-commerce, logistics, supply chain, retail, FMCG, or high-growth startups preferred
- Proven track record of scaling teams across multiple locations
