Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Yoga Instructor role based in Hyderabad. The Yoga Instructor will lead group and individual yoga sessions, designing safe and effective sequences that accommodate different levels of experience and physical abilities. Responsibilities include teaching Ashtanga and Vinyasa-based classes, guiding breathing and relaxation techniques, and providing posture corrections and modifications.



The role also involves maintaining a welcoming studio setting, monitoring participant progress, and collaborating with internal teams to support employee wellness initiatives and special workshops.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Yoga Instruction skills with experience planning and delivering structured classes.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Ashtanga and Vinyasa styles, with the ability to adapt sequences to varied fitness and experience levels.
- Candidates should possess Teaching and Communication skills to explain techniques clearly, provide feedback, and engage diverse groups.
- Certification from a recognized yoga training institute (e.g., 200-hour or equivalent) is highly beneficial.
- Prior experience as a yoga instructor in corporate or studio settings is an advantage.
- Knowledge of anatomy, injury prevention, and safe alignment practices is preferred.
- Ability to maintain professional conduct, respect cultural diversity, and foster an inclusive environment.
- Basic proficiency in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
